i hav lost my cell phone and i want to know that how can i get my cell phone back and catch the thief?

if you lost your cell phone there's no thief. its lost and not stolen. Now the person who found it and start using your minutes, now he/she is a thief

2ndly, call your cell phone carrier and tell them you lost your phone and to shut off your phone. tell them when you lost your phone, so you won't be billed those minutes. if you are insured they will send you a replacement phone.

I lost my cell phone in December 2006. Thinking I had just misplaced it in the house, I waited a week to report it missing.

A thief had my phone!! He downloaded games, ringtones, dirty pictures almost non stop--a great deal of activity showed on my bill. He generally used it as his personal toy. Cost my service $175! When I got my phone bill, I tried to call some of the people he had called. No luck. No one would pony up the thief.

A few days ago I got a phone call from Verizon. Seems somebody tried to activate my phone at a Mall kiosk. The employee checked the serial number and confiscated the phone.

Now I not only have pictures of the family, I have all the family and friends phone numbers!! So far the police have done nothing, but what a dumb kid to take pictures of himself!

If I don't get action from the police soon, I'm going to start calling all the 50 some numbers on the cell phone until somebody tells me who the thief is.

Contact the cell phone company and the police about the theft. There is nothing else that you can do, from a practical point.

call u r carrier to cancel the phone and to shut it off, then call the police and tell them somone stole ur phonee
