I need to loose alot of weight before the end of summer.?

I need to loose about 90 pounds.

    i would sugest going on a diet, eating every 3 hours, do cardio in the am, afternoon and night, do weight lifting every other day and toning the other days.drink plenty of water and dont drink alchohol or sodium filled foods.

    Losing 90 lbs. in 2 months is unhealthy and unrealistic. Losing weight becomes a lifestyle change that you have to commit to. It may take you 6-12 mos to lose that much weight, but with daily exercise and healthy eating you can lose a considerable amount of weight and still look great by the end of the summer. Cardio, weight lifting (even girls), and clean eating (low salt, low-fat, low-simple carbs, no processed foods) will do the trick.

    Impossible to do before the end of summer. Set a more realistic goal, like 2 pounds per week. This can be done by eating healthy and exercising. Cut out sugar and soda. Eat lean meats, fruits, and veggies. Do moderate to intense exercise about 5 days a week. Good luck!

    You're not going to lose 90 lbs before end of summer. Even if you could, it would come back pretty quick. I suggest picking a diet and exercise program and if you lose 30 you've done very well!

    You can't lose it so quick, just do the basics, eat better, exercise regularly, 1 pound at a time.
