What power supply are you using? Have enough wattage? Ordinarily using an Nvidia 7300GT wouldn't be a worry, but if you're using a pre-built computer with a 250 watt Psu, it could be. Why? Because it's a cheaply made Psu. Saved the computer manufacturer money. Two, because it actually only has 70% of the maximum rated wattage. (Again, cheap Psu) 134 degrees Fahrenheit? No worry's! 134 degrees Celsius?
Time to fret! (I suggest better cooling fans, and the case back on. Install the largest cooling fan you can fit in the front, to suck air in, and another in the rear to suck air out. Check the thermal paste on the top of the processor, to make sure it hasn't dried out. ( It's better at this point to just clean the top of the processor, and bottom of the heatsink, and apply fresh thermal paste) Perhaps look into a better heatsink/fan combo.

(I'm sure you know, but I gotta' say it. De-STATIC yourself before touchin' them delicate computer parts! Ram has a protective coating of plastic,{Except for the pins on bottom, of course!), but the processor don't play! One wrong move here, and you're lookin' for another Cpu!)

134 degrees is nothing to worry about unless it's celsius. :)
Don't worry, macbook cpus can go to 190 degrees fahrenheit.
