I'm looking for a good free dwnld for a flash program.?

I WANT TO MAKE FLASH MOVIES LIKE THE ONES YOU MIGHT SEE ON NEWGROUNDS.COM!!! I put it in caps so you notice and understand what i'm looking for. An average flash media program like the one i'm looking for runs anywhere from 400 to 900 dollars there has to be a better entry level flash software program online.

    adobe cs3 flash pro, or macromedia flash are good flash programs
