If you massage your head your hair will grow faster because it stimulates blood flow to the scalp?

    yes i have heard that is true. Getting haircuts every 3 or 4 months to get rid of split ends helps hair grow faster too.

    yes it is true it stimulates the flow of blood that reaches the head.
