How can I find out my old sat scores I graduated from high scool in 1974?

ok so did my hubby-

he had to ask for a transript from teh school if they existed and then went to the local district where they store them' i found out that when he applied to do a BSC this year that all is college courses werent accepted and he had to fight not to do math 200 again- and other silly communication skills-

i mean he has been in industry as a world level speaker and there he was asking if he had to redo a math / english course.
