All U.S. companies hope that cell phones sold to irresponsible children will rake in the over charges.

I went to get a new phone at T Mobile and a mother was begging to put minutes cap on her daughter's cell phone which came out to a $2000 bill, but there is no such thing as capping the minutes.

    Best thing to do.

Buy a phone where you have to put in the money monethly before using the phone.

This way they cannt over spend the plan.

funny you ask that i am right now at my kiosk working...i sell cellphones for a livign and the way they reach the youth is by giving them data and text...tp be honest...80% of kids ask me these questions "Can you go on myspace?" or "Can you go on facebook?"...and if you notice they aremaking their phones back into candy bar phones....bigger screen for more enjoyable web surfing...and they are trying to add wi-fi to alot of phones...hope that answered your question...
