I have this wierd thing on my chin?

It looks like a bruise, but I didn't hit myself there and clear liquid's coming out and it's not water. I don't know what it is. The thing's about the size of a nickel. Help!! What is it?

Update:

It's dried now and isn't releasing any "plasma" stuff. It feels like a burn almost.

ingrown zit. trust me. i know its really gross, but its happened to me before and same description. dont touch it or pick at it. leave it alone, it will form a zit (sadly) and then you can use acne spot treatment or just leave it to go away on its own. don't worry about it.

The clear liquid is most likely plasma, the liquid component of your blood. As to the spot itself, it could be an ingrown hair, it could be under-the-skin acne, it could be a mole, it could be quite a few things. Some more details would be helpful in giving you a better answer. Is it swollen? Is it painful to touch? How long has it been there? Are there any other marks near it?
