How do I make sauces like Bobby Flay?
I would like to know how to make yummy sauces to drizzle over my food to enhance the taste. I love cilantro so any cilantro based sauces would be appreciated.
I also love spicy food, i can handle about 100 times more heat than the average joe, so any sauces with hot peppers are especially welcome.

There are a LOT of Bobby Flays recipes on foodnetwork.com
Put 'Bobby Flay' into the search to see them. You can add 'sauce' to the search to narrow it down, or add the type of sauce to narrow it down even further.

HABANERO SAUCE because Some Like It Hot

1-3 fresh or dried habanero peppers, depending on how hot you like it.
1 large red bell pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin

Chop up the bell and habanero peppers, (or grind the habaneros if using dried).
Bring all of the ingredients to a boil, and then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Finally, puree the mixture in a blender.

Why even watch Bobby Flay. He thinks he is like the worlds best cook or something going around the country trying to beat peoples recipes and food. Thats so dumb.

Here are some. These are all from the food network (under search typed in "Cliantro Sauce" and then just "Sauce". There were like 800 recipes that came up:
Spicy Cilantro Sauce:
3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 jalapeno chile, minced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Stir together cilantro, vegetable oil, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, and chile. Season with salt and pepper.
Smoked Chile-Cilantro Sauce
2 poblanos, smoked, peeled and seeded
1/4 cup red onion, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup spinach leaves
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
2 teaspoons honey
Salt and freshly ground pepper
In a blender, combine the poblanos, onion and lime juice and blend until smooth. While the blender is running, add the oil slowly until emulsified. Add the spinach and cilantro and blend until smooth. Add the honey and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
Creamy Cilantro Sauce:
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 lemon, juiced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients to incorporate them fully and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Orange-Habanero Hot Sauce:
6 cups fresh orange juice
1 habanero chile
1 tablespoon honey
Salt
Place juice and habanero in a medium nonreactive saucepan and cook over high heat until reduced to 1 cup, stirring occasionally. Remove the habanero, whisk in the honey and season with salt. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
This goes great w/ lamb chops
Orange-Mint Yogurt Sauce:
8 ounces yogurt
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Place the yogurt in a medium strainer lined with cheesecloth and place over a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. Alternatively, buy thick Greek yogurt, which does not need to be drained. Scrape the drained yogurt into a clean bowl and discard the liquid that has drained. Stir in the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Creamy Ginger-Sesame Sauce:
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt, or 6 tablespoons nonfat Greek-style yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
If using regular yogurt place the yogurt in a strainer lined with a paper towel. Put the strainer over a bowl and place in the refrigerator to drain and thicken for 30 minutes.
Place drained yogurt or Greek-style yogurt into a small bowl. Add mayonnaise, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Whisk until smooth.

First, go get a food processor if you don't own one, you'll need it for almost every recipe and also, a grill because after all, he is the grill master. Second, go to foodnetwork.com like everyone else said because it has all the food network chef's recipes on there.
