    Probably Neil Peart from Rush. Bill Bruford of Yes, King Crimson and Earthworks is also exceptional.

    thats pretty tough coz it really depends on the kinda music they are playing - eg danny carey from tool is my favourite and i rate him as a top drummer for tools music, but then someone like joey jordison has amazing speed and technical skills.

    or the dude from placebo is pretty awesome
