Will I get a speeding ticket?
I was driving home from work going 45 in a 35 when a cop suv passes me going the opposite way.
I saw a blue and white light flash a couple times when I looked in my rear-view. Did they take a picture of my plates?

No ticket for you. He may have just flashed his lights as a warning to slow it down a little. Not every cop has the time to write everyone a ticket.

Unless you were driving through the light passing the line after the light changed to red - they may have taken the picture, but it will take a picture of the light itself as well and where you were in front of or behind the line.

no, they don't do that. the only time you can get a a picture of your plates is if you run a red light and if there are cameras

Police normally don't drive and clock at the same time.
You will most likely get nothing.
