how do i get noticed?
right now i am playing in a under 14 team and i have been i am 1 of the best goalies in the state for my age. but i think i dont get noticed because my team sucks. any advise on how to get noticed.
i also live in a town of about 700 and have to travel about 1 hour every time we have a game

Depending on what state you live in, it is not that difficult if you have the talent. If your team is not that good, right now is signing period for select soccer in most states and most club teams will give full or partial scholarships to a talented player if there is a financial need. You can also "guest play" with club teams in showcase tournaments over the next few years and get noticed that way. But if you are really one of the best in your state, you should be trying out for your "state" (Olympic development) team and that will automatically put you in position to play among and develop with the best players.
Source(s): well if you are serious and not putting additional bs here, my daughter played on a club team 100 miles from our home (practice twice/week) and games were in Dallas every other weekend, and we lived over 300 miles from there. You make do with what you are determined to live with. If your town has only 700, that cannot be where your team is from - right? So make it work. - 1 decade ago
dont just play for your team. go to one of theose meets where you can try out for a team. then youll be playing with the best you will get noticed
