Oh mannnn oh man, someone please help? Im freaking out!!!!!?
Hey guys thanks so sossoooo much for reading this. I have been struggling with ongoing stomach issues, and due to them, my stomach and thighs bloat up to about 2 times their normal size. I am going for a catskan within the next month, but I am also trying to lose weight. I have been running as much as possible, doing tons of ab excercises, working on a bowflex for about an hour every other day, and have been eating healthier than i have ever. I have cut out sugars, fried foods, and high fat foods. I drink about 6 bottles of water daily.
Why am I not getting the results that I want. I really need to flatten my belly before school starts in september.
Does anybody have some amazing advice for me? I really need it. Help me to lose the weight that I want?
I also cannot afford to buy workout books or equipment because i am only a teen.
I weight 125 pounds and want to lose 10.
Thanks so much, im totally desperate and need someone to hlep me.

Its sounds like your putting too much stress and strain on your body. If your constantly exercising then you might be pushing yourself too far and making things worse than they already are.Get advice from the doctors about what you should/shouldn't be doing and then you can be sure that you are doing the right things.

MAGGIE!!! you know what your mom would say if she saw this and I'd have half a mind to email it to her, however, i won't just calm down and try not to stress over it for like the millionth time!!! the stress is probab;y contributing to it, you know females have a more difficult time losing weight, and with the amount you have been exercising, you have probably gained a few pounds in muscle, how bout this, RELAX!!!!!!!!!! eat many small meals instead of a few big ones, like instead of a big breakfast, lunch, and dinner, have a small super healthy breakfast when you wake up, if you wake up around 8 (even though you seem to rarely wake up that early) have a small healthy snack around 10ish, then have a kinda normal sized lunch, have 1-2 healthy snacks (like salad) between lunch and dinner, then have a small dinner, the lunch should be about the size of your dinner now, you will burn off those calories throughout the day and into the evening, eating a large dinner gives you a lot of calories and not a lot of time to burn them in, how do you think all the Italians are so skinny?? big lunch, tiny dinner, and the Spanish, the afternoon siesta? look at cultures other than American for advice on how to lose weight, also, eat rice, it fills you up without giving you much of anything, now, PLEASE stop thinking about it all the time, you are really beginning to worry me

your stomach and thighs bloat up to about 2 times their normal size????sounds like you are holding a lot of fluid, that's a lot, a lot more then the 10 that you want to lose, are you walking at all, walk and swim., good luck

Maggie, Maggie, Maggie! Stop causing urself so much stress. It'll on;y make u bloat more!!!! Try relaxing until ur catscan!!! Then after u kno wat's happening, then start ur exercising again!

The bloating may be due to excess of fiber in your diet. But if you reduce fiber, you want to be sure that you do not become constipated.
