Nope. No insight. Everyone seems to just want to respond to tripe. Things that will give them quick points. You'd think some smarty would have at least just written "tape". Thanks for your answer.

I think people aren't answering because they want quick easy points. U R right.
I am sometimes the tape that fixes and sometimes the scissors..that cuts away the "riff raff" that gets in the way. Being scissors doesn't have to mean anything bad.
That's what I think, anyway.
