It's not just you. Lol I asked the same question just a few minutes ago.

Sometimes, Yahoo!Answers get "frozen" and nothing new get posted.
It happens from time to time and no one can tell how long it will last. Several months back... it was frozen for nearly 48 hours.
Lucky, this most recent one was only for a few hours.
In a way, it was good. it made people go and find alternative things to do. I actually went out to the movies and just got back two hours ago and all is fine now... everything is back to normal now.
C'est la vie, mon ami.
