Neither of those were 'created' - both of them evolved from smaller, more primitive beings, all the way back to cellular life-forms. I'm heartened that you are actually asking a Science question, Matthew. Oh, and the Dinosaurs all but died out (from a meteor-strike and the 'nuclear-Winter' effect of thick dust in the sky) at least 90million years (maybe as much as 130million years) before Humans came along - but it seems we may be a homongenised crossing of Neanderthals, Cro-Magnon, etc.
As for it all taking place in one week, 6,400 years back? Nope. Science says otherwise - and Science gave you your computer. Respect Science - don't worship it, just respect it as telling the Truth - that is its' first obligation.

No. There is no evidence that either man or dinosaurs were created on the 6th day.

The atmosphere before the flood must've been better because humans lived for centuries. They probbably were giants just like the dinosaurs. The dinosaurs must've shrunk or sufficated from the degenerating atmosphere after the flood.

Yeah, course they were - that explains the Pteradactyl on my school's roof earlier and the Diplodocus running down my road... ((rolls eyes))
