Everything in this world changes and those who don't change become stale same goes with our education system as well.

I don't say that it is correct or incorrect way of giving knowledge but when we talk of professional knowledge we actually stand no where.

The pattern of transferring the information to the students should definitely be modified or atleast tried to be modified .

Education is not only to make us learn and give xams, infact it should give us practical knowledge.

For eg. we are taught about onion but just telling that it is a vegetable , is it enuf.

    I think its not.

Similar is the case with the higher classes I mean 11 & 12 .These are two very imp steps and the knowledge given to a student in these classes should help them in their professional courses as well.

It doesn't need to change, although it can transform or enhance itself using ICT. In Uk most schools and Universities have been transforming to include ICT to enhance the level and standard of education. This is an order direct order from the Ministry of education. By ICT i mean use of Digital White Boards, Interactive Demonstrations on a projector or simple easy to use interactive tutorials that can help learn the basics. More audio and visual learning can help students attain the knowledge better and longer and pre-made material distributed over several schools can help ensure a standard of education.

We already use Podcasting and Wifi in Unis to distribute lectures and sessions and material. Although in places such as Bangladesh and India not all Universities and schools are able to afford high tech material to support the backbone of national education. This in tern creating a larger gap in the level of knowledge and creating the Digital GAP over countries and education.
