    There's no minimum age - I used to occasionally buy one when I was still in primary school, back in the 60s. And yes, you can pay cash (and normally would).

    There is no set age for postal orders and you can pay by cash.

    you could positioned it instantly right into a monetary company account like you may want to a cheque or take it to a positioned up workplace, you'll choose identity if the cost of the order is over £50, driving licence, or passport will do, in case you do not have both you'll choose 2 products of evidence of identity

    No age limit and YES you can pay with cash (I do as I do NOT trust credit/debit cards).

    theres no minimum age, anyone can buy one.

    Dont think there is one. it's just how you pay which has age issues. e.g credit card, debit card...
