i workout regularly and im in shape good size arms and pecs but i started to work out on my abs again and i took a picture of them to see how thier lookin and the right side of the abs is perfectly defined but the left side there is hardly any definition
please help me,am i doing anything wrong

i would say your position while you work out, maybe it would be a good idea to ask one of those personal trainers... he could watch how you do it and tell you what you're doing wrong

Maybe the way you were standing was flexing one side more so than the other. I doubt one side is any more or less defined than the other.
