Help!!! Major problems with a kodak EasyShare V1003?

Okay so i bought this camera from kodak ( Kodak EasyShare V1003) In the beginning it was great. Perfect pics and colour so real. After about 2 weeks the camera wouldnt start, so i charged it, and it work but the problem was that it only got charged for bout 30mins. I then Charged it overnight, again the same thing happened. So i took it back to the store and they gave me a new battery and it still didn't work, i then called the kodak people and they sent someone over and they fixed again! But now the stupid camera broke again, and the lense part is tuck out and the battery dosen't charge, I dont know what else to do, if someone could please help me fix it cause im tired of calling the company and checking the internet for solutions. I would greatly appreciate, thanx!
