the artist is John Currin, but could not find the title of the painting. good luck.
Found it! Rachel Feinstein, the artist's wife . . . the title is "Rachel in Fur."

If you can get hold of the book, the name of the artist will be on the inside cover, or first page. Or, just phone your nearest art bookshop and ask them to look.
