don't panic. Sometimes teeth feel loose because they have received a slight bump that you may not even remember. It will probably tighten up overnight.

hi reg! i think you really could use my advice. If you really want a smart answer, I'll tell you that what is doing this to you is your age: it gets to us all. im taking calicum only supplements that have magnesium in them to so they'll get better absorbed. I've read that if you goto the dentist every three months the x-rays will get better over the year if you take 1.2-2.5gms. Also, have some common sense, and care about your teeth. Despite what anyone else says, no one cares if you loose a tooth, which is what will happen if you dont take care of yourself.

  • You should have asked your dentist about the reason for that looseness because there are a number of reasons ( sometimes this mobility is reversible and at times it is irreversible) for this looseness or else you should have put a photograph of your x-ray along with your question.

since your dentist has done your oral check-up, only he must be in a position to throw some light over the most likely cause of this mobility.

Any doubt, please feel free to e-mail me. Good luck !!

If it does not get better overtime(about a week), I suggest you re-visit the dentist.

And if you just gotten your braces off then that is normal.
