do you know anything about Virgin Media loss?

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

I am looking for information regarding Virgin Media and how their poor customer service has affected the company (e.g. loss of customer sales and profit etc)

General knowledge is ok

I would be grateful as well if I could get evident of VM losses. E.g. table comparing profit/sales decreasing or so.

Come on clever people!!!!

Unfortunately I can't help you with figures, but I can tell you that I was one of the many who left Virgin for Sky. I was originally with Telewest but almost as soon as Virgin took them over they started downhill. Telephone, TV and Broadband were all constantly being disrupted. The final straw came when I spent ages trying to get through to them only to find out I was paying by the minute to tell them that the service they were providing was not working!!

Now I get many more channels for less money and a much more reliable service, not to mention a friendlier and more helpful staff

All I can say is Branson was once a good businessman and I had a lot of respect for him. Now he's lost it completely.
