All celtics fans don't exist no more. After they got eliminated from the playoffs, so us users that represent other teams is all u got to answer this question lol BTW: I actually like the trade. Chris Paul can produce the same things Rondo does. Which includes steals & assist. Also offense, something Rondo doesn't really have. Plus he also brings in real leadership.

A magnificent gesture without a doubt, and I appreciate the club remembering him this way.
I think Lennoxtown will be renamed in memory of Tommy Burns, and no doubt a statue will come in time.
But what about the man who started the revolution of Celtic and their modern game?
I mean it is all very well naming a stand after him, but what about a statue to him at the entrance to Kerryvale Street, with Willie Maley.
No one deserves such a tribute more than Stein, and although 100% Celtic fan, it still surprises me there is no monument to him.

I would want to know why it has taken as long to bestow this hon our on Jinky. Tommy should be remembered in some fitting way, If i was Deciding, i Would name a youth developement programme after him, or a type of scholarship thingy. He would be chuffed to bits with that. Davy since when was it wrong to have an opinion, can we not answer each others questions without being nasty.

We cant build one for everyone unfortunately. However i think Jimmy Johnstone is one of a kind and after getting the honour of being the greatest ever Celt it would be fitting. Tommy Burns should have the new youth academy after him

Its about time they had that memorial/statue there!
As for Tommy Burns, like Anne Marie said, they should name the training ground after him and I would also like to see a memorial at the stadium
Theres is at least one petition that I know about going round for the purpose of letting the plc know thats what the fans want!

Think it is a great gesture that has been a long time coming. As for Tommy, I would re-name the Lennoxtown training complex after him as he had so much to do with the set up within there from boys club to reserves to first team

agree with Anne Marie, it would be far more fitting for Tommy to have the training ground named in his honour as according to the reports after his passing, he was the one who pestered the board for it for years and was instrumental in its development.
As for the statue of jinky, its a fitting gesture for him.
