Why are Orange so SH*T? for?

Ofcomm says you should get a PAC code if you want to leave a network over the phone!

Orange now only do this by POst and it takes 4 days! thus making you miss contract deadlines and they try their hardest to get you to take your number with you even if yu BOUGHT the right to the number in 1995!

BEWARE NEVER sign up to orange!

Update:

I helped orange start-up in the 90's and have been with them since 1995! I bought mu number then as a Bronze personal Number and have adhered to all the contract terms and have requested the PAC as pre ofcomm rules.

Orange no-longer want to follow the ofcomm rules and give PACS (codes to leave and take your number with them). My contract has finished and notice has been given and transferred to PAYG and all rules have been taken.

Orange do NOT want to play by the book if it means you leaving them- esp as Orange are unable to offer anything that allows you to use 3G phones properly

Maybe you did not read or adhere to the contract you signed. I been with orange 12 years no problems at all.
