Vegans do not eat dairy products or meat or anything that comes from an animal.

Vegetarians do not eat any meat but do eat dairy products or products from an animal like milk or something that doesn't kill the animal. Some people beilve that you can be vegetarian or vegan still if you eat fish but i personally don't think you would be classifed as a vegetarian or a vegan if you did eat it. ( fish are living creatures too, they have meat on their bones). I am vegetarian and am proud and u should go for it too! if your brave enough, go for vegan!!!!! (

It is undoubtedly NOT to are living a more healthy tradition and any one who says that's kidding themselves. Being a vegetarian may also be very dangerous if no longer performed safely. Also, vegetarians additionally generally tend to eat extra carbs than they used to once they ate meat. This makes you achieve weight. I do individually feel it is incorrect to devour animals, however that is simply my opinion and it is why I am a vegetarian. I am no longer disgusted with men and women who devour meat regardless that, it is a facet of existence. I grew to be a vegetarian considering the fact that it did not style well to me anymore. And then as soon as I started considering it increasingly, I discovered that I did not believe proper consuming animals.

VEGAN (pronounced Veegin): A Vegan is a person who is ethically minded. A Vegan is a person who is concerned about using less chemicals so our planet can be clean. A Vegan likes to drink clean, fresh water that has not been polluted with prescription drugs, cocaine, cysts, and other foreign substances that shouldn't be consumed. A Vegan wants all animals to be treated with kindness and compassion. A Vegan likes to feel healthy and strong. A Vegan is open to sharing and educating when the opportunity arises. A Vegan does not want to consume dead flesh, but instead fresh healthy fruits and vegetables. A Vegan likes to be friendly towards others because they don't carry the souls of suffering animals through their veins from consuming them.

Vegetarian” is a blanket term for a variety of diets that exclude meat, poultry, and fish. The most healthful, the pure vegetarian (or "vegan") diet, only includes foods of plant origin, such as nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits, grains, and legumes. A "lacto-vegetarian" includes these plant foods and also dairy products. A "lacto-ovo-vegetarian" consumes both dairy and eggs.

Some Vegetarians will eat some dairy, or fish.

Vegans will not consume anything that comes from an animal, and some wont even use animal bi products.

    That is the difference.

Vegetarian is not eating animal like chicken, beef etc... vegan is where you not only don't eat animals but you dont eat anything that is made by an animal like milk, cheese, gelatin, honey. Also be sure to check your skin care products by reading the labels. things like beeswax and lanolin are animal products. Also i suggest reading up on rendering plants. Many products you put on your skin have animal and chemicals in them. Your skin is your biggest organ and absorbs what you put on it. This is important to the part where you want to live a healthier lifestyle.

vegetarians dont eat any meat but can eat animal products like dairy and eggs and stuff. and vegans cant eat any meat or animal products.

i tried being a vegan and it didnt last very long but if you want to be a vegan i would start out just being a vegetarian first and then stop eating dairy and eggs and other animal produts.

Vegetarians don't eat dead animals. This means no meat and no slaughter by-products like gelatin, rennet, meat broths, lard, etc. Vegetarians may opt, however, to keep foods from living animals, like dairy and eggs, in their diet.

Veganism is a lifestyle that seeks to eliminate animal exploitation and suffering by not eating, using, wearing, purchasing or otherwise consuming anything of animal origin, regardless of whether the animal died for it. We avoid the same foods as vegetarians, but we also do not eat dairy, eggs or honey. We don't wear leather, suede, wool, silk, fur, down, feathers or pearls, and we source consumer goods that were made without animal ingredients and without animal testing. We don't support industries that exploit animals for entertainment, like circuses or rodeos.

vegetarians just don't eat meats, but in most cases still eat dairy, eggs, and honey, vegans don't eat meat, eggs, dairy, honey or any food that has been made w/ a product that came from an animal. Furthermore vegans won't wear any furs, pearls, or leather products.

If you want to be healthier, exercise and eat only organic foods. Eating meat isn't unhealthy, if done in the proper proportions.

Humans have evolved to eat meat (those sharp teeth in the front of your face are for tearing meat). Humans need the nutrients in meat and derived from meat sources. You cannot find metabolizable Vitamin B-12 from a non-animal source.
