Anybody know of any cheap home phone services in NJ that DON'T require broadband internet connection?

I keep seeing ads for ten dollar a month home phone services but they all work using your existing high speed internet connection. Are there any cheap ones that don't?

    Oh yeah! I have a friend who is an I.R for all telecommunications services. I'm sure she can hook you up with some really good deals in NJ.
