the only ones i ever seen really give any problems was the ones from up north or the ones that was exposed to a lot of salt or bad weather,i have repaired a few of those though, not many but enough to know that you go to a salvage yard and get them to cut you some out of a good body if they still have one,and cut out the old ones and weld the new ones back, in,its not as bad as it sounds to do,that was also a problem with the Plymouth sundance cars, they did the same thing, there's a dealer here that buys some cars from up north and i repair a few things like this,it doesn't take that long with the right tools to do this with and rack to work on,but you have to get it high enough in the air to work on,otherwise its a really hard job to do,i don't blame you id save the car also, its worth putting the money in to,its not going to cost that much to do this, problem may be with finding the parts to do this with,if you need help i may be able to locate you a good set of these with no rust at all on them i know where three of those cars are if they haven't been crushed, good luck on it,

What year dynasty?
I'm thinking you have a fwd version. You will have to replace the rear axle to repair those spring perches.
Its not uncommon for the fwd cars to have this problem. I've seen several parts cars rotted out to the point the spring is about to shoot out the bottom. I've even seen them broken off.
I don't blame you on wanting to save the car. It would be time to start searching around the junkyards for one. My local pick and pull have about 8 fwd dynasty/newyorkers. Just becareful on what you find. The wheel bases might vary and if the car has air suspension.

I was raised with Dodge . Trust me they need to be washed twice a week with the preimum wash or the body will rot. In 2003 we got rid of our 1st Dodge it was a 95 sold in 94 and it had 494,854 thousand Kilometres on it (not a typo) with orignal engine. Not one spot of rust because of the contiunous washing.
