Outlook 2003 transferring old email to new computer?

How do i transfer my old emails from my old computer which is running XP and Outlook 2003 to my new computer running Vista and Outlook 2003? The outlook is the same. I tried exporting and importing but vista does not recognized the .pst. I do not care about the address book or contact, but more about the email. If there is a way to copy and paste I would do that. I just want my old emails.

Update:

I have tried that and it did not work.

You just export the PST file in 2003 and import it on the new computer....make sure to choose the topmost entry which is just

Personal Folder.....and choose "Include Subfolders" somewhere in the dialog boxes...

I used a product called Intellimover. It gives you the software and cable required to move file from one computer to another. Then in Outlook, hit File, Import and Export, Import From Another Program. Have fun. -MM
