White Ladybugs?
I had a few spottings (ha!) of white ladybugs around my yard, and at first I thought it was a freak thing.. Well, today I was cutting down my phlox and I noticed about 20 of the little bugs, in different stages of life. They look identical to ladybugs, in all stages, only they're black and white (the adults are white with black spots) and they're a little smaller than a regular ladybug. Are these actually ladybugs or something else? The plant they're living on is full of holes, but I don't know if they're eating the plant, or, if like ladybugs, they're the bugs that are eating the plant. Does anyone know what these are?
Are ladybugs and other bugs easily confused? I did some research and learned that there are 400+ species of ladybugs in N.A., so I guess what I'd really like to know is if another plant-eating bug looks similar to a ladybug? Are all ladybugs carnivorous?

Any species could produce an albino that has lost its pigment in part or in total. Take a photo if possible and post it to these people

Anatis labiculata begin life with pale grey or off-white wing cases that darken to red with age. It seems all lady beetles darken some with age but this species is most notable for this trait. This genera has several species commonly found in N. America. A. labiculata is eastern.

Most are insectivores eating soft bodied prey but four of Britain ~40 species are vegetarians. Ladybirds of the tribe Halyziini eat leaf mildews in humid tropical climates. Many eat any soft aphid, thrip, mite, or scale while others are highly specialized to habitats and their prey options. When aphids are scarce generalists will eat eggs of moths and other beetles. They will also become cannibalistic if all else is scarce. But as fall approaches they may eat some pollen & nectar, which supplies fat for winter hibernation.

Bright colored animals like the Coccinellidae, the Lady Beetle family, are warning predators how bad they taste. Most coccinellids are toxic to small predators, such as lizards and small birds. The spots are ‘eye spots’, that are also typical in alerting or alarming predators. However they are black variants. The darker animals absorb more heat so are more active in regions with less infrared sunlight (more cloud, high latitudes). This implies there would be lighter variants in hotter sunnier locations.
They belong to a group of beetle families called Cucujoidea that include the Endomychidae ("handsome fungus beetles") and Corylophidae ("minute fungus beetles")

The number one complaint of women is that men don’t listen. When a woman is talking, listen to what she is saying. Read here http://attractanywoman.emuy.info/?C72B
Don’t watch her mouth and wonder what it would feel like to kiss her. Don’t stare at her chest and imagine what she looks like naked. Really listen to what she is saying then give an intelligent response, preferably on the same subject.

I have an infestation on white lady bug larva and tiny white lady bugs in my tree. The collect under the bark as it peels away. I can only guess they are bad news because they are so many. What can I spray to kill them?
