I dont know what I should do?

Ok my dad made me power of attorney and medical power of attorney over him after my mother died. My dad has since remarried. My question is if there is no living will, who will be in charge of his belongings or choose where he is laid to rest? Will I have to fight it out in court with this woman because she wont do right by my brother and I? Or will being power attorney over him help me in any way after he has passed?

    POA ends when he dies.

His wife will probably be his next of kin legally

there's a chance he's changed things since remarrying. you really need to find out.

you don't want to go against his last word (whether u are POA or not) you really need to sit with him and find out what his wishes are as of now, not what you or your brother want.

but if he's remarried and made will arrangements w/his wife, I believe the new arrangements will default the old one.

You should talk to your dad about that. And if he has you as POA, he can also have you as executor of his will, which he should make sure is written and up-to-date.
