www.geocities.com is super easy to learn
if you want to learn basic HTML, just type "Basic HTML codes" in a search engine and you'll pick it up pretty quickly. There are sites directed towards kids for learning HTML. it's simply put and it makes it easy for anyone, not just kids :)

You could try Piczo. http://piczo.com/
You don't sound like you know a lot about making websites (no offense), so you'll probably want one that does all the coding for you.
It's free, too!
