Madcatz/Gamestop brand PS3 controller. Sync issue.?
My dumb *** threw away the directions, and now I can't get the controller to work with my PS3. Usually you just plug into a USB port and it'll sync them, you're good to go, but this only has batteries, no USB plug like the sixaxis. I think I have to do something through the ps3 menu to detect devices, but the bluetooth scan didn't pick it up. Ideas? Thanks in advance.

well i've had Madcatz brand controllers before, and i've found them to be the least reliable brand of controllers available. most likely, however, the blutooth isn't compatable with the ps3. dont ask why it happens, because i dont know. but i tried to sync a headset a while ago but the same thing happened. if its not too late, you can return the controller to the store and buy another brand (Pelecan is second-best to Playstation Brand)
