I got the free trial, and I would advise against it.

A couple of hours into wearing the patch I started getting a really bad headache. This then developed into a sickie kind of feeling.

I tried to ignore it and then went to the gym. When I got home, I was sick, and felt really unwell. I had to go straight to bed.

They do work in a way - they make you feel too unwell to actually feel like eating anything.

Stick to the gym, and healthy eating. I know it's not the fastest method to lose weight, but it'll be worth it in the end, and is more likely to stay off.

Me neither... I wouldn't if I were you! would be advertised on tv if it really worked and it just pops up on computer.
