    I still consider Wade Boggs a Red Sox legend.

    Wade once drank 64 beers on a cross country flight.

    If that's not a living legend, nothing is.

    Carl Yastrzemski is a distant second.

    Edit: Seriously...how can I get two thumbs down for saying Carl Yastrzemski? You could argue Carlton Fisk or Jim Rice...but Yaz is unarguably up there with the best living Red Sox players.
