Jaguars are nightmare cars. They spend more time in a shop then they do on the road and are famous for having electrical issues. They are only some what worth having only while under warranty.

The older ones have cooling problems here in the desert. The capacity is too small. The mileage doesn't reflect how the car was driven or maintained. It would be very little if highway driven, a lot if stop and go. Run a compression check.

Nop, Jaguar is one of the low rated cars on the consumer raliabilty list. 108k on a British car..not a good idea, unless its a Japanese.

God I hope not! My old camry has 276k and hasn't given me trouble yet!

  • I dunno but my 1992 Toyota has....243,000 and it still runs great..

It should be fine as long you check the oil & other fluids regularly and get tune ups.
