    Its not a cheat but its a Mod called 'Hot Coffee' for the PC version. However, you can actually use a cheat code on a secondary cheat device like Action Replay which you should connect to your PS2. The cheat code to use on Action Replay is

    u dont want to see that but anyway,its a mod for the pc version and for ps2 i think u have to make the relationship meter all the way up and u cant not see but u can hear it.
