why does yahew make fake questions?

on an acount that i rarely use, i got responses that i was selected for best answer. It was to a question i never asked., or answered. it was a question about my first time, which i know i would have never asked, as my first time was years and contitents before, and so therefore b .s

I asked this same question before, and recieved 3 answer about how dare I question yahoo, from other members, and within minutes my question was deteted. Ok, who else has had similar experience
