Got a speeding ticket!!!!!?

I got a speeding ticket today for going 80 in a 55mph highway zone in Dupage County. And i am currently on a 4 month court supervision till september, i got it for a stop sign which i had driving school and supervision. I got a envelope that has 3 choices, pay $95, plead guilty, or have a trial. I have no idea what to do because i dont want my liscence suspended. If i just pay it and let it let it go on my record could i still have it suspended? And im 16 i dont no if that helps or not.

get a good lawyer. (and slow down) my son had 7 speeding tickets in Cook County and the lawyer was about $350 each time and he had to take driving class, 4 hours a few times and 8 hours a couple times (cost $125 and court cost was $75 plus $25 for whatever they called it -- can't remember) but since you already have supervision ... you need a lawyer. good luck to you.

You need a lawyer. Wouldn't paying the $95 be pleading guilty?
