im having a problem logging into my xbox live account?

I would phone Xbox Supprot about this, though, it does sound kinda stupid that they tell you to update your account but they won't let you.

there is a way cuz it happend to me ages ago, i cant remember exactley but try to change your payment method using your windows live id, sorry i can't b more specific but it was ages ago, but ye it has to be done on the internet on ur computer
