hello - i don't know anything about agencies that focus on the retired population, however I would think that the agency wont care about your age as much as your skill set so I would give a few a call.

However, without any information about what kind of job you may be interested in, I know places like Walmart, MacDonalds etc often hire retired people due to the labor shortage of the younger population. I would stop in a few of the [places near you to see what the workers ages seem to be and if they look like a place you may want to work ask for an application.
