Secondary school?

What age does a child start secondary school in the US.

Update:

In the UK 8th=12yrs

!st grade=5yrs 9 =13yrs

2 =6yrs 10 =14yrs

3=7yrs 11=15yrs

4=8yrs

5=9yrs You finish the school yr

6=10yrs aged 16,then go on to

7=11yrs college for 2yrs,before

starting Uni for 3yrs.

    do you mean middle school/jr high or do you mean college??

    I'll give you all the typical ages here

    5=kindergarten

    13=7th grade

    15=9th grade

    graduate highschool around 18

    college anytime after that but typically right away at 18 or 19

    Middle School or Junior High- 11 or 12

    High School- 14 or 15
