Help please! Does regular female masturbation affect sex/ sex drive?

My experience has been that doing that increases my sex drive.

But if she is avoiding you and doing that instead you probably have done something that hurt her and you need to find out what. It could also be she is just pre-occupied with some gf problem or work issue and so is a bit distracted.

What would be sweet is if you just forget about sex for a while and instead shower her with backrubs and just cuddling.

Sort of fill her emotional tanks back up by expressing care for her that isnt expecting some reward in return. I am 99% sure if you did that she would come around on her own a lot faster.

She masturbates but wont have sex with you very often, not a good sign. Speaking from experience, before my divorce I masturbated when I had a willing man but I didn't want him to touch me. When I had a boyfriend and was very happy and in love I didn't masturbate at all with out his participation because masturbating didn't feel as good as he did. I'm sorry to see the negative side and I hope its not the same in her case. If she masturbates and you are aware of it perhaps you should offer to help her.

There may be no solid proof of this but I do believe it is true. I am a girl so I know. But sometimes people have just been together awhile and it gets boring. Are you sure you are making it good for her? She is bored and you need to try something new to sweep her off her feet again. Nothing nasty, just something spontaneous and romantic. When sex becomes boring with your partner, masturbation just is easier and better.

No I don't think it effects it. In fact, sometimes it makes you want to have more sex. I've also heard that girls who masturbate have an easier time reaching orgasm during sex. But maybe she is masturbating because its quicker than sex or easier. Maybe you can try to give her more quickies.

Maybe she's bored with sex, sorry to be blunt. But if I were bored with sex, I'd masturbate more often...
