What exercises are best when trying to slim down within a short-ish amount of time?
Other than eating right, what are some exercises (if any) that will help me slim down and get myself more ready for BCT? (Basic Combat Training) Any ideas? I'm going to work on my running. Any suggestions?

boxing at a real boxing gym ... boxing can burn up to 1200 calories an hour ... kicks my bf's butt when he goes and it got him in shape quick ...
if you don't have access to that ... try kickboxing aerobics videos - do 1-2 hours each day

Use HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training. Look it up.). It burns fat 9 times faster than regular aerobic exercise.
