sit ups, crunches, push ups, arm circles(put your arms in the air and move them in circle motions), knee kicks(go on all fours and put your knee in the air and swing it back n forth), jumping jacks, jump rope, hula hoop, bike, swim, take walks, run, and don't eat more than 1500 cals a day. make sure that u do these individual exersices for as long as you can (a reasonable amount for you personally, like when you get tired out go to the next one). drink at least 8 galsses of water a day. good luck this should help!!:)

that depends on how much you would like to loose. but if you just want to get rid of a little flab and tone then do weight training,
otherwise cardio is the best --- and if you need to loose alot start with walking and work your way into jogging.

Your best bet is just running---which kind of sucks but it really does work if your serious about it
Another good one is jumping rope---and yes, this requires equipment, but its a jump rope---i think you can manage---but jumping rope makes you burn a lot of calories quickly :-)
