It takes up .75 gb on the ipod touch. Its worth it cause of all the new apps, which you have to upgrade to get. The best free apps are myspace, aim, facebook, and some really cool games.

no you can use most of them on the internet for free some with jailbreak but I like is texting with beejive let's u use all messengers not just aim and there will b more updates
