What is the best kind of diet to lose weight?
I need to lose weight and I dont want to do a diet like south beach or any crap like that I'm looking for a life changing way to eat. I was told about high protein diet but that's mostly for building athletes and people like that. I want something for fat loss.

All you need now is to be on diet and to Lose 10 lbs is always possible.
You need to consume a balance diet plan foods which are made up of:
i. Lean proteins,
ii. Fruit and vegetables, and
iii. Sources of fat come from whole foods (such as cottage cheese or eggs).
iv. Starchy carbohydrates (such as oats and pasta).
Divide your meals into 4 and that should be eaten at a minimum of 2 1/2 hours apart.
There is no calorie or carb counting, no limit on portion size, so eat until you feel your stomach is OK.
You can lose 10 lbs within a week with this diet plans, which consists of 2 type:-

You need to maintain your diet and eat for rest of your life the food you like. To maintain your new slim body you will have the list of some general "rules". These rules are meant to be "general" and "simple" because you can easily maintain your new body by just using a the simple and general rules.
For example, the rule about breaking up your daily food intake into 4 meals may "seem" simple, but it can control how slim you stay in the future.
You will be also presented with rules about what to avoid when grocery shopping, how to order food at restaurants, and how to order at fast food establishments.

Source(s): Best kind of diet is no diet at all. Instead, one should learn about how it all works and then the person just eats what he/she needs to eat. For instance, 80% of people don't know that they shouldn't drink anything but plain water, and drink it when they are thirsty, not forcing gallons of it down their throats. It is a very simple fact, but people ignore it. You have to do one of the following (Not both!!!)
Eliminate most of the fat from your diet
Or
Eliminate most of the carbs from your diet.
Pick the one that suits you best. The one that you feel you could sustain as a permanent way of eating.
I took off 35 pounds 15 years ago and haven't gained a pound back by taking out most of the fat in my diet. How did I do it? Skim milk, Don't eat egg yolks, lean ground beef and chicken, and little to no fat in anything else that comes from a box or a can.
I also work out 3 times a week and do at least 40 minutes of cardio.
You should also try spreading out your food across 5 meals during the day, not three. It will fool your body into burning more calories.
Last tip - You have to make this an everyday way of living your life. So you are going to have to keep some of the things you like in your diet.
This has to be the way you eat for the rest of your life - not a temporary event. It won't last that way.
One more thing: Don't eat things that have high fat and high carbs in them!! They are lethal for most of us: Peanut butter crackers, spaghetti with very high fat content in the sauce, etc.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Hey guys, of the countless weight loss programs that I have ever been on, the only diet that succeeded for me was Adams fat code (just look it up on google). It was really the most useful diet that helped me lose weight.

The best kind of diet to lose weight is vegetable diet.Vegetables contain very low amount of fat content when compared with non veg items.Limit the consumption of non veg to once a week,and eat daily food with veggies(alot!).Drink plenty of water,do not have sedentary lifestyle.Hope these ways helps to reduce weight.Good luck!
