Rates are subjected to 10% service charge & 7% good & service tax (GST).

Rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast.

Rates are subjected to change in accordance to the prevailing demand during the peak period.

Guests,who are not YMCA members, will be required to pay a temporary membership fee of S$ 3.21 nett for the first night only.

Reservations can only be confirmed when we receive a one-night non-refundable deposit at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Deposit can be paid by bank draft (S$) payable to “YMCA of Singapore” or by giving us details of credit card number & expiry date.

In the event of no-show, the one-night deposit will be forfeited.

Peak Season surcharges will apply for the reservations made for the following periods:

1. S$50.00++ on F1 Race : 22nd - 25th September 2008

2. S$35.00++ on ITB Asia : 21st October 2008 - 26th October 2008
