When Yahoo sends out an automatic e-mail and fails to provide a valid reply e-mail address for responses to be sent to, how many federal and state laws are they violating?

They are violating none. The Yahoo rules say (and the US Courts agree), they can remove content without any notice or explanation. The e-mails you get are courtesies. You can use the general form to appeal.
