I am at work and don't have mine with me, so I can't take one. Is there something else I can do to rid myself of the anxious feelings I am having right now?

Close your eyes and relax your mind. Breathe in, deeply. Ball up your hands into a fist tightly, then release them.
Raise your arms up over your head and stretch them.
Let your mind float away to a place of peace and comfort. While you breathe slowly, pay attention to how you are feeling. Feel your chest rise and fall, feel the way your hands and feet feel.
Be in the moment of relaxation and your anxiety should begin to reduce.

Just sit back relax take a couple of deep breathes and let yourself know that everything is ok and this will not last but a few minutes. Try to keep yourself busy or talk with someone to keep your mind off -of it.
